Our extensive prepress service delivers a totally digital workflow, from receipt of artwork as an application file or high resolution PDF, right through to our CTP plate production. We accept files uploaded into our e-commerce site, by secure FTP transfer, by e-mail or on disk and other memory media.
We operate high-end workflow systems that connect archiving and file preparation with sophisticated checking and correction capabilities to handle last minute changes seamlessly. Increasingly we are using automation routines to speed up file preparation and imposition to optimise the colour reproduction for our presses.
Colour Management and calibrated inkjet contract proofing using consistent, long-life pigmented inks guarantee that our process colour proofs are ISO certified, while our plates are produced using a thermal computer-to-plate system that provides absolute registration and total control over dot reproduction as well as stochastic screening where appropriate.
